Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original Nemesis Now decorative packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
